As a minor tribute to Carl Sagan and his Cosmos book and 13 part TV series, I decided to change the name of this category before anyone starts linking to it.
I was going to add to the category description something like "All that ever was, all that is, and all that ever shall be." Unfortunately it seems that some religious folk take exception even to this summation of our universe.
This gives me the idea that it’s probably worthwhile to post some notes of my own just about that particular work – adding my own voice to the "cosmic fugue". Funny thing is that I’m not sure if comments on people’s perception of the universe belongs in the Earth forum or in the Cosmos forum. Here is one example of the sort of material I’m talking about. I’ll work it out.
@pickcoder I didn't know you were using @Twilio, bud. I'm sure you know I'm all over that. Lemme know if I can help!
@ElkieHolland D3 (http://t.co/cPp1Dt6c) is very cool but not related to D3 (http://t.co/I5ymHD2s) :^D #multivalue
I thought http://t.co/MvapCjWz was a great find for #multivalue until I realized the bot postings were decade old forum scrapes. #fail
Signal turns to noise at about 10 tweets/day. Need app to prioritize quality vs quantity. My next project? Tweetdeck good for this?
