Click
this link to begin viewing a video which shows how to create a .NET
Web Service which extracts data from the MV DBMS using mv.NET.
Detail about that video:
The video is in WMV format and will stream for most video players
when the link is clicked. If the video does not stream, it is a 42MB
file and will take some time to download. Other media types will be
considered if requested.
The video is 19 minutes long. In the first 12 minutes a web service
is created with one method exposed to retrieve data from MV. In the
next 7 minutes, another method is added to retrieve a list of data items
using a different technique.
The goal of the video is to demonstrate how easy it is to use mv.NET
to enable an MV DBMS as a Web Service server.
The techniques used were not the best and some of the minor digressions
and comments were perhaps unnecessary or could be clarified, but a web
service was fully functional from start to finish in less than 20 minutes
so the goal was achieved. Please feel free to contact me at
with comments and questions.

This
blog article describes a DesignBais browser front-end for entering

into the Outlook calendar.
