NebulaManager empowers your MultiValue system with the ability to remotely create, update, delete, and otherwise process Microsoft Outlook items.

NebulaManager is a development tool, not an end-user application. The features below are capabilities that are easily implemented into MV DBMS products, to add value for marketability, and allow VARs to provide enhancements for their current customer base.

Use NebulaManager to build your new CRM Application

• E-Mail
  • Send E-mail and process inbound mail programmatically. 
  • Notify customers of pricing changes, shipping details, product under/overstock. 
  • Generate notices to managers based on nightly processing.
     
• Calendar
  • Coordinate Calendar, Appointments, Meetings around the office. 
  • Put upcoming events and deadlines right into user calendars with reminders.

  • Remind users of upcoming appointments or scheduled system downtime. 
  • Flag all reminder-capable Outlook items when attention is required. 
  • Pop-up notification of events such as trouble calls from key customers, missed production targets, down equipment, or meeting cancellations.

NebulaManager functions bidirectionally so that Outlook events can also trigger activity back to the MuliValue application. This is ideal for small offices or departments of 1 to 20 users (local or remote) where collaboration is required but Microsoft Exchange Server or Small Business Server are beyond the budget, skills, or staffing abilities of the end-user site.
