Bergified
Tom Phillips says "Looks like BO is having problems proving his citizenship." This is the biggest crock of s**t I’ve seen yet. The summary is that a lawyer submitted a questionaire with a stream of 56 false statements and didn’t receive a response, so by default, he claims all of the statements are true and idiots everywhere are nodding their heads. None of those statements were uttered by Barack Obama but brainless people everywhere are now spreading the word as though he did. … People, read the honkin text !
This is not the way the legal system works. You cannot file a lawsuit to demand that someone refutes a list of accusations. This is a better example of how the legal process works.
The Berg suit is absolutely no different from "do you still beat your wife?". Most people would not answer that, and the law does not compel one to answer such a question on a questionaire.
The 27 points following the 56 questions are not statements of fact either, but conclusions inferred on the assumption that the preceding statements are true, given that no one made a statement to the contrary.
Again, "if you still beat your wife we conclude that you are a chronic wife beater and are therefore responsible for all wives beaten in the last 10 years – since no one has made a statement to the contrary."
WTF country is this? I don’t care who you’re for or against but for cripesake present and support rational arguments instead this mob mentality.
"In Salem, those accused of witchcraft were given two options. One option was to submit to a trial, which consisted of tying the accused to a board and dunking the person in a "pure” pond while the deacon slowly recited the Lord’s Prayer three times. If the accused survived the dunking, the purity of the accused’s soul was vindicated and he or she was set free; if the accused did not survive, guilt and sentence were simultaneously announced. No one recalled any acquittals as a result of this process."

Welcome to America. I’m proud that people can say what they wish. I’m ashamed that they abuse the privilege.
