I was originally impressed with the WordPress WYSIWYG editor – then I saw limitations. Now, as with every aspect of WP, it seems this area can be customized or replaced altogether, so I guess I’ll find an adequate solution soon.
A very important feature for me is the ability to post code for others to see. It looked like the WP interface required this to be done with PRE tags. I checked out the editing info at WordPress. I was looking for a more sophisticated editor but according to that it seems I may actually be using the more sophisticated editor.
That page is obviously talking about a pre-2.0 release of WP. I found some other info that will allow me and others posting here to do this effectively using either the default interface or a plugin. When I have time I’ll see if I can use fckeditor. I guess one of these days soon I’ll start volunteering to update some of the WP Codex docs. My problem is finding the time to do so. Their problem is getting a decent search engine to categorize their wealth of features and concepts – their searching via Yahoo! really stinks.
@pickcoder I didn't know you were using @Twilio, bud. I'm sure you know I'm all over that. Lemme know if I can help!
@ElkieHolland D3 (http://t.co/cPp1Dt6c) is very cool but not related to D3 (http://t.co/I5ymHD2s) :^D #multivalue
I thought http://t.co/MvapCjWz was a great find for #multivalue until I realized the bot postings were decade old forum scrapes. #fail
Signal turns to noise at about 10 tweets/day. Need app to prioritize quality vs quantity. My next project? Tweetdeck good for this?

07|Feb|2006 1I updated the Posting editor to FckEditor and am very happy with it, except that it doesn’t allow for the and comments that can be used in WordPress. I’ve left the comments box as plain text for now. I don’t see an immediate need to allow extensive markup in comments.
